surprised my previous negative review was somehow removed from the reviews which means these reviews are handpicked and useless. Regardless I'll again state that I went by with a question and was told for $10 a month I can have a new phone. No mention I was financing a new phone. But most agregious is the "salesman" handed me a tablet and said it was free when I told him i didn't want it. Turns out he added an entirely new plan on my bill for the "free" tablet. I had to go to the counter three times to have it resolved. And "Owner" you're well protected because they refused to divulge your name or how to reach you. Happy to further discuss if you want the truth about your operation
My phone screen cracked and I went to this store to possibly upgrade to a new phone. There was only one person in the store helping someone at the time. 10mins went past and I was never acknowledged or told someone would help me.. There is a store that fixes broken cell phones just across from this store. I decided to check it out and they fixed my phone right away and provided excellent service.
I went there with my husband few weeks before black Friday, I met this salesperson named Ronak, he was extremely professional (he was friendly as well) and explained all the deals and different services we can get. He was very patient, humble and responsive. I'm not very good at technology, he understood my concerns and questions and helped me with everything in terms of my new phone that I bought from him, he also offered me to come to the store anytime I've questions of confusions and he'll be there to help though he won't be getting paid for that and it is not a part of his job, but that gesture won me over and gave me a reason to happily drive 50 minutes to visit this location for any of my further purchases and everything via verizon. During the sales process he was not at all pushy as other salesmen were right next to him with other customers and he did understood all my needs and budget of our monthly spending on phone bill which is nice. Thank you Ronak for your amazing service.
I met your best associate today. She was friendly, easy going and gave me the best deal possible. I was truly going to go with a different carrier but she was very efficient and knowledgeable. She helped me with instructions in Lemans term for me to understand. She's a keeper and deserves and big bonus! Thanks Johanna!
