It used to be very crammed which made it hard to get to the things you want to look for and to get to the register. The staff did a great job reorganizing the store and making things accessible. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
I went in to trade out a warranty New 3DSand everything was seamless. They told me it would take an hour and despite not quite having the time and asking for my 3DS back, Chris and Margaret were exceptionally relaxed and certainly had some real product knowledge. Both were accomadating, professional and warm
