I used to like this store, but I went recently, and it was terrible. They had certain phones listed as available on the website, and on display in the store. When I told them what I wanted, they said they'd have to look it up. Sure enough, they did not have what was listed on the web and on display in the store. Classic bait and switch, and completely unapologetic about it. What's so hard about advertising products you have, and not advertising products you don't have? It's a disgrace. Don't go here, unless you enjoy being treated like a dunce.
I love best buy. They have everything. They have an amazing Geek Squad policy too. The customer service is almost always very very good, and the quality and cost of the products are very good
Did not have a very good experience. I purchased a 55 inch tv. The screws were missing to put the stand together. I called and was pretty much told to kick rocks. Today I went into the store. AND was told pretty much the same thing. I was told to check the manual to get the thread count. Again no customer service at all. Everyone in store wants to make the sale. But then your on your own. Well over six screws they lost a customer. So sad.
I have always had great luck finding what I am looking for when I go to Best Buy. The service is almost always outstanding. Occasionally they could use additional associates, but not often.
