Overall was a good visit. I met a Gentelman by the name of Tashin. (Tall brown guy) very helpful but noticeably new. He passed me along to another guy by the name of Bruce who very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsale me however he saved me a lot on my bill. Very sarcastic though. Still two thumbs up.

The sales rep Bruce was not very attentive and was very pushy when he was trying to up-sale me. First, he stopped helping me as he was setting up my order to look at someone's phone who just walked in the store. Then, when he got back to me, he didn't seem to understand why I didn't want to purchase a phone case and screen protector for $3 a month ($72 when it's all said and done) and passive aggressively said "I'll see you in 3 months when you break your phone" a few times. After he passed me off to one of his coworkers he went to help another customer who he loudly told that she broke her phone, tried a few things and again told her she broke her phone. Overall the service in the store from everyone I spoke with was well below par, especially for a Saturday afternoon in the mall. I won't be going back to this location.
I went here for my boyfriend to get a replacement phone and we literally sat there for an hour waiting for someone to help us because a computer was down. Unbelievable! I will never be going back there again.
Usually really friendly here but know they are not a corporate store.
