Terrible wait time, terrible service, terrible food. They messed up both of our orders... the fish came out looking like it was smashed on the floor and my burger was charred to a crisp and was topped incorrectly. No offer was given of a discount they simply took it off my check and I left hungry. I waited over an hour for them to mess up my order and also charge me $3 for a club soda. I didn't even get an apology...the server simply said Happy Thanksgiving.
Food was terrible. Horrible service and service was rude. Definitely not worth anything on my menu
Bad customer service we was there for an hr n our food still not out then charged more than what was posted it on menu then asked to speak to manager n was to busy to come n speak to us
Vanilla Bean Cheescake was delicious. Ha, that's about all I can that was good about our experience..... Really though, called in an order, never got entered in the system so we showed and it wasn't ready. The food was consistent with something I could prepare from a grocery store frozen food section. It's TGI Fridays, is anything really made fresh, probably not. We had to use the gift card we had. Otherwise we would never go here.
HAIR IN OUR FOOD!!! another table ordered the exact same thing, got a beautiful presentation, while we got a plain white plate without half of the decoration, not serbed in the right dish, and without bread on the side. Service horrible,endless apps food had freezer-burn on it, tasted horrible and burnt. Tried to rush us out giving us the check after only being there for 15 minutes!!! Another couple came in, and the manager sat them behind the person I was with, looked at the person I was with and decided to move their table back so the man could fit and get in when he clearly had plenty of room, then gave me a dirty look. Messed up our orders 3 times and did not apologize. Would never come back. Just a couple months ago they were great.
