I noticed a difference in food quality. Used to be better but still a respectable restaurant.
Pretty good food now after some updates. Their food use to be ok but nothing that stood out. Some of changes were great like the bbq meals with garlic bread and corn on the cob is pretty good.
Good food good service and when i did pick up to go yesterday it was quick n easy order was spot on.
I really enjoy the food here, but the service has been beyond slow the past couple of times I’ve come here, including tonight.
This was the worst experience I EVER had at a Chili's Restaurant in my lifetime!!!!! We went there for my daughters 8th Birthday and it was a disaster to say the lleast!!!! My mother's food came out before everyone's, including the kids meals. Then the kids meals arrived followed by the entrees...... My son's steak fajitas were suppose to be rare and they of course came out well done!!!! Well that took forever to fix and by the time they finally got it right my son wasn't even hungry anymore!!!!???? Then my daughter, daughter-in-law, and myself all ordered steak fajitas!!!!! Worst mistake!!!!! They were like biting into rubber and you couldn't bite through the steak or even chew it!!!! The manager Eric took the fajitas off the check but we still left there extremely hungry bc we didn't want to take the chance of waiting for more food just to be disappointed again.....we had 6 adults and 2 kids.....and the restaurant was not busy so I'm not sure what their excuse is for making our visit such an unpleasant one???? Something needs to be done to fix this restaurant????
