Chicken the only thing we witness being put into the box which was old and luke warm.

Gravy was good as always but crusted from being pre poured,stored, and served.
Typical KFC with to consistency. Sometimes good and sometimes not so good. Not much more to say.
It's really a hit or miss with this location. It sucks cause this is one of the few KFC's in the area. Service can be so bad that they might as well close, rather than have someone get excited about their food, when the crew is only gonna sell you old, nasty food.
I understand food cost and waste. But someone needs to be serve safe certified and throw out the bad food you force your customers to buy.
AWFUL!! Seriously. The food doesn't taste good and the floor is really sticky. I haven't eaten there in a while but last time I did, we ordered normal chicken and they gave us the spiciest chicken ever. Awful. Awful. AWFUL!! Never going again.
Service is horrible and they never get my oder right and i fould a hair on my biscut earlier today
I use this KFC a lot because it is nearest to my home. The manager has always been very friendly to me and the food is always as expected. From there it goes downhill. The floor in the eating area always seems to be sticky and the tables are usually in need of cleaning. My last visit the soda fountain was out of order so my son and I could not get our sodas. I had actually bought my son's soda as a add on so that money was totally lost. No one came out to apologize or offer refunds. After waiting for about 10 minutes we finally just left.
2 large tubs or Mac and cheese. Had obviously been prepacked to the point the Mac and cheese had crusted. Then when scooping it out the container I put a hole right through the container.... sitting too long, tasted nasty.
Highly disappointed, have wasted too much money here. Hope this location can be saved by better management, and better crew.
