Went for a pedicure and manicure at Floris Spa. The woman who did my manicure and pedicure was not experienced and found out she was still in school. A large sign in the shop said if you did not get a receipt after you pay, you will get your service free. I told the manager I did not get a receipt, she questioned the woman who took care of me, and She acknowledged I did not receive a receipt. The manager refuse to give me a refund event after i pointed out the two big signs in her shop that states that. I find the owner not very honorable and felt very ripped off with the quality of work that was done.
EMPLOYEES WITH ATTITUDES! My first time every coming here and there was a small mix up about my nails having gel and acrylic. As ppl who work with nail all day, you can clearly see that on my nails...but they didn't and made a huge, huge deal. The Spanish chick (R) did my manicure with an attitude the whole time! Blaming me for the mix up and had the nerve to tell all the employees about the mix up... with an attitude! Then proceeded, when my gel and acrylic was being taken off to talk behind my back to her employees, in Spanish. I may not know Spanish but I def can tell it was about me by the way they kept looking away quickly. What was the icing on the cake for me was when you are sitting, waiting for your nails to dry, they make you pay (no problem at all) but I paid before the dryer so when I leaving out the door with my husband and kids, the ignorant Chinese chick (who does nothing but act like she is on the phone) decided to chase us to the door yelling did we pay??? So she couldn't have asked me that while she was doing nothing and I was at the dryer????? So they get one star because the place is beautiful. Mind you, I sat for like two hours being disrespected and embarrassed over something I had no problem with, but they did. Having that kinda service is hurtful, I will never come back!
I've been here several times, I really like it. Nice clean atmosphere, relaxing environment. Gel Mani and Pedi services are great. They have a great color selection for both Gel and regular polish. I think the price is competitive to other nail places in the area. This is my go-to
Extremely overpriced. My gel manicure lasted 3 days before I got a huge chip. One of my toenails was so ragged it snagged on my sheets and almost got ripped off. I think my feet were rougher on the bottom AFTER the pedicure. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this was pretty bad...
Not happy with the fact my friend and I went in for pedicures today we were the only people in there and our pedicures was 15 minutes start to finish....15 minutes! We felt so rushed and my friend said her lady was very rough with her feet and legs.....my feet still feel extremely rough like she didn't do anything to them....i have been to this location many times before and never felt rushed like we were today....and won't be back again...
