One day. Cesar informed me that the entire crew would be attending a funeral and could not come to the house. A few days later, I was talking with the crew leader only to find out it was his young son who had died. I could not believe he was at work. I sat there and talked with him for a while only to find out his first wife had died ten years earlier during surgery too. My eyes were a wet, bleary mess as he talked. This poor guy, he was so strong. I said it was perfectly fine if he needed time. Our project was nothing in comparison to grieving the loss of a child. He said he had to keep going, though. It was his way of coping.

When I needed help hanging a camera, they stopped to help. When I had a question, they took the time to answer it. When things got tough, they just kept going. In the end, the work turned out to be amazing.
We decided to get our roof and gutters replaced. We received multiple quotes, but I will say G Fedale's pricing was very competitive. The process started with Jason who was very knowledgeable and not aggressive. After going under contract, we had Ed assigned as our project manager. Ed communicated every step of the process with me in a very efficient manner. He called me before the roofing process as well as during the day. The crews also did a great job. They cleaned up very well and had the job done pretty quickly. So, all in all, once we went under contract, the roof and gutters were installed in less than 2 weeks at a very fair price with the company and employees staying in contact throughout the whole process to make sure everything was done right!
G. Fedale is an excellent company in every way. I recently had a new roof put on and they were outstanding from beginning to end. They were my second quote, and they came in from cheaper then the first quote that I was also very pleased with. They use the same quality materials and have the same great warranties. They were in constant contact with me, making sure I understood everything, especially the timing of the project. The crew was top notch, working hard to complete things in one day, and cleaning up very carefully afterwards. The project supervisor started with them and even installed my skylight personally. He checked the entire project afterwards, having other workers come to complete small issues that weren't necessarily their responsibility. They wanted to see the job completed well in every aspect. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation!
Cesar, the project manager, was awesome about staying in constant contact with us to give us updates on the status of the work and to warn us about any potential issues upfront. We knew there would be one extra cost that likely would have to be added on due to the original construction of our roof. Cesar stopped work and talked to us to show us the price and get our approval before moving forward. He didn't want to surprise us in the end with any unexpected numbers. It was much appreciated.
If G. Fedale ever decides to expand their business to handle all general contractor work, I would hire them every time.

I dealt with Racheal, Cesar, and Jason throughout the process and they were all very knowledgeable and accomadating. The roof looks great and we are very pleased. We had a minor issue after the job was complete and they quickly remedied it and made it right. I am very happy and highly recommend them.
Stripping your house down naked and redressing it with new siding and a new roof can be a tedious, painful, and costly process. This was not the case with G. Fedale. From the get go, we had an incredible experience with the company. Jason was incredibly patient with me, answering the million questions that I had and stopping back up to my house multiple times to try to work out the best solution for us. They were also extremely helpful when trying to fit said solution into our budget.
