In a major hotel 3.8 miles (according to google maps) from the store and im outside there delivery area except i got the phone number off their delivery vehicle sitting outside
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl who picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me once I heard someone else else speaking to her. Called back again becuase I like the pizza and so does my husband. Once I called again I gave her my number slowly and she got it wrong. She then was on the phone waiting for my response for the question she did not ask which was for my adress. She got it wrong as well and then I corrected her. She did not understand my order so she put me on hold amd had someone else take it. He had the same attitude as her. Once I finshed and gave them my billing information I was given a time of when my order should arrive. I waited and hour and half and then called to ask when it will be coming. A guy then told me how they could not find my address and repeated my address back to me to find out it was wrong. I was upset at the fact that they did not call me to tell me they could find my place or ask to see if the even had it right. Wasted my time. Never ordering here again.
I'm leaving my original review up but adding a star. My last visit was actually much better than any previous visit and even though it was much of the same staff, they were pleasant and friendly! So much so I actually went back to leave them a tip to reward them for it. Food is still meh but it was good service.
We've ordered from this location dozens of times and the pizza has always been great and the service was decent. Generally, I've been happy with them.
I really hate ordering from here. I do it because the pizza is cheap but its also just Blech. Tony's Pizza is just across the street and it's way better. Everything about this location makes me regret my decision to buy it. From the unappealing design inside the building, to the obviously miserable staff who can do nothing more than count down the seconds till their lives or shifts are over. The company says its got "Better" stuff in it but better that what because i can't personally believe its better than food fit for human consumption.
The worst service ever. They delivered the wrong pizza and they never apologized. They redelivered a new pizza about 30 minutes later and took the old pizza; he did not even saying sorry and thank you.
