We stayed 2 nights in a king bed room for a friend's wedding and had a great experience. The room came with free WiFi and you didn't have to enter a password. The bathroom is located such that turning on the light doesn't impact the bed area, which is great if someone is still sleeping. The staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned well.
Always a great experience Theresa was exceptional, very accommodating, room clean. Only difficulty was with rewards as they never updated my email address, and I had already called them to do so.
I stayed at the Montgomeryville PA location and the room was nice but Melissa at the front desk was rude and had an attitude and is not meant to be a front desk customer service face of your company. I suggest retraining! On the other hand Eunice was fantastic.. She is great at her job and knows what customer service us all about.
Staff is always accommadating...Breakfast staff is excellent! Fresh coffee 24/7... Rooms are large and very clean. I have stayed here 5 days a week since Dec 2016... Almost like home!
Nice rooms, easy to get to. Check in was simple, as was check out. Bistro in lobby is somewhat pricey.
