I got to Hair Cuttery in airport square at 6:40 and was asked if I had checked in online. I hadn't. I was told they were closing at 7 and they wouldn't be able to help me. I realize it was close to closing time but typically a guys haircut does not take long. I would think if you are a walk-in business and your doors are open until 7 you would plan for walk-in appointments untill that time.
They have no idea of time. I was told 30-45 mins. It's been an hour and 15 mins.
One stylist will tell a person that walks in 2 hours. While another stylist will tell a person 1 hour.
Guy named Thai didn’t listen to me. He argued with what I ask for and ended walking out with something totally different! What’s this guys problem? Hair grows back but not me to this place. Avoid.
Love coming here. I'm a woman of color and they do an awesome job Everytime. My favorite stylist is Kelly. She is fast, and knows what she is doing. Very experienced. I never had a bad experience. Thanks Kelly.
It's unbelieveable, I should of known when I walked in. Was waiting to check in and 2 stylist walked right past me.
My go to salon... My stylist is Kelly and she is the best... Understands all my hair coloring needs and I love my hair.
My only concern is it is little pricy and I'm always charged for long hair :( I wish that was fixed ....
