Benetrends was very good to work with and did an excellent job and was responsive whenever I had questions. We through some challenges at them in that we needed to set up the corporation and then hold off on the IRA Transfers until after we had received SBA loan approval. Everything went very smooth. Since it was all new and there are several processes it got confusing at times but all I had to do was ask for clarification and my account rep or one of the other Team members would clarify for me.
Benetrends guided me through a process to take part of my qualified plan money and leverage it through lending to acquire a business and its real estate. 5 years later, my initial plan investment has produced 4 times its value in income and the value of the business has doubled and the real estate is worth 50% more than I paid for it.
