Never again. Spent a lot of money for work and all of it had to be redone by another dentist (I knew something wasn't right). They did work on one tooth that was suppose to be free bc of their first screw up, but did something extra without telling me and I was charged for it! Front desk woman was rude when I asked why I wasn't told.
Absolutely horrible. They have no idea what they are doing. Dentist screwed up my existing teeth!! He claimed to be a perfectionist!! Techs fill you with BS lies. Do not go here!! I didn't even want to give them any stars!!! Ok ok well it was close to my job.
These people are liars and scam artists! I called around for an issue that I had with my mouth and when I spoke to these liars a guy by the name of David answer the phone and told me that they would do a removal and an implant the exact same day. When I got in there the dentist told me that is not what they do and charged me $80. When I call back to complain and speak to somebody about what had happened they told me that they were not going to issue me a credit or refund at all. I asked to speak to somebody above them and the general manager by the name of Greg called me today. After telling him my story he then called me a liar and told me he would not issue me a refund! Save yourself the time money and frustration never go here!
Awful experience. Dr. Reidy is a terrible dentist with awful Bedside manner. She was so unprofessional In How she spoke to other staff there and told me to just stop talking so we can move on. I should have got out of the chair immediately. Did a crown on a front tooth and it looks horrible!!!! Went back to complain and she said sorry it’s acceptable.
My dealing with this company has been has been nothing but unprofessional. The first red flag I should have realized is when I had to pay the entire bill up front before the work was started. I first learned of Universal Dentistry from Commercials on TV boasting of quality and affordable dental care. This had to be a good place..right? Wrong..That is not what I received. What I was promised was 2 dental implants with a beautiful bridge .What I got was months of agonizing visits. Visit after visit with numerous molds of my mouth. Each time the teeth were never right. After the second attempt I was told this was as good as it gets. I refused the teeth and again a mold was taken. After the third attempt the teeth were placed and out of shear exhaustion i went home and was told I was going to have to get used to them. I couldn't get used to the teeth biting the inside of my mouth and drawing blood so I called them. Please come back I was told the dentist who did the work is no longer here. We have had many complaints about that dentist. Flag number 2. I met the new dentist who promised he would correct the problem. Another mold, which is now the 4th mold. I was excited that now I would finally get my bridge. Wrong again. I never got the bridge. Instead I endured pain placing the teeth. I made the dentist stop. Flag number 3. X ray was taken. I had to go immediately the following day to an oral surgeon to have one of the dental implants removed from my sinus cavity. Who is going to pay the oral surgeon bill? They did. I was told the implant failed. Implants may fail but don't end up having to be surgically removed. I was told come back and we will fix the problem. I said no thanks. I am now since 7/2014 without teeth and had to go to my dentist and pay 2500.00 for a temporary partial plate. I was refunded for the bridge that was never delivered. This refund was only given after numerous calls by both myself and my husband. I want a refund for the so called failed implant. They said the implant that was pushed into my sinus cavity was considered a failure. That was not refunded in the amount of 1150.00. I requested that refund and was ignored. These incidents happen I was told, it failed and we cannot refund you. I was told by the oral surgeon that another implant may not be in my future due to this incompetent dental work. I will need to wait six months for this surgery to heal. I am only hoping that my sinuses are not damaged by the invasive surgery of removing the implant. Any decent Company would have refunded all of my money with an apology. What I endured was a far cry from quality care. I never received one call from Universal Dentistry to see how I was doing. I work in the Medical field and we care for our patients. Shame on you. I would like to add also on October 13th 2017 of this year I went to resume the work not at this place of course. I went in for a sinus lift for the placement of the implants. After the surgery I woke up and was told due to the perforation of the implant that was shoved up there by universal dentistry I am now no longer able to get implants. There is damage and scar tissue in my sinus and because of this the surgery could not be performed. Please..Please spend the extra money and do not go here!!!!!
