Came into the location after already having a HORRIBLE experience with a local dealer and also Toyota themselves. They were able to address my issue and come to a comparable conclusion to my problem and really made me happy in the end. I will never purchase another Bridgestone product in my lifetime but would get my tires taken care of there in the future.
Knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service. I trust them completely to keep my car running smoothly and without a high price for service. They explain all work done and provide timely servicing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went here and bought a lifetime alignment, two days later I take my car into the Hyundai dealership to get it checked and nothing was done or adjusted at Firestone. With the steering wheel crooked after Firestone's alignment the car would go straight. Alex was the tech who "did" alignment. I do not recommend going here at all. It's a shame and whoever did this should be ashamed.
