One individual, with a beard, did not have his name tag on, and was constantly touching the tops of empty cups and putting his fingers down inside while talking to the girl making the coffee.
Comically understaffed. Line about out the door and they got one dude making drinks. You’re a multi billion dollar company, hire some darn people.

One of my favorite starbucks. They make my order w/o any hesitation just the way I like it.
Waited more than 7 minutes for two coffees! Waitstaff was slow this afternoon at shift change. The earlier shift did not mark the coffee cups with names and as a result when they were placed on the counter, people were grabbing the wrong cup.
Extremely slow... Takes me 30 minutes to get a simple coffee
