Delicious sandwiches, made fast, with quick, friendly service. Prices are higher than other places, but the quality is noticably better.
The food was good as I expected but, while I was eating I had seen the store manager come out from one of the back rooms and audibly use the f-word directed at another person/employee/customer. I don't know what happened but it was inappropriate none the less and I was a bit alarmed by the situation.
I was going to give a poor rating- all 3 of the orders for my group were messed up and the cashier did not do a good job explaining the new menu items. However, the manager on duty- John, went above and beyond to correct the mistakes and offered free bakery items for our troubles. When I declined and told him we are all Gluten Free, he brought over these DELICIOUS "gluten conscious" cookies and asked us if there was anything else he could do for us. Way to go John and I highly recommend these cookies! So good!
